Currently serving as the Executive Director of Project Management at Scout, Trisha oversees complex clinical trial logistics, ensuring that the operational infrastructure of research meets the highest standards of excellence.
With a career spanning over 18 years, Trisha has strong expertise in the clinical trial lifecycle. Prior to joining Scout in 2025, she held several progressive leadership roles at ICON Clinical Research, most recently as Director of Product Management. Her tenure at ICON was marked by her versatility, where she led initiatives in Study Start-Up, Home Health Design, and Site Alliances. This diverse background allows her to bridge the gap between site relations, patient accessibility, and rigorous project oversight.
Trisha’s portfolio includes work on over 200 FDA-regulated pharmaceutical trials and multiple medical device studies across a wide range of therapeutic indications.
