About The Award
The Site Spark Award combines the former Site Tank and Site Patient Recruitment Innovation (SPRIA) Awards into a single recognition for research sites doing bold, innovative work. It celebrates forward-thinking sites that are finding new ways to operationalize trials, whether through creative recruitment methods, cutting-edge technology, or diverse, equitable, and inclusive business practices. Submissions are judged on innovation, effectiveness, and that distinctive spark that elevates the significance of our collective work.

The top 3 finalists, selected by our independent judging panel, will be invited to attend the Site Solutions Summit with complimentary registration. The finalists will showcase their concepts and/or case studies in a dedicated session.
Judging Criteria:
The site or solution should demonstrate how it meets the following criteria:
- Has been developed by and for the clinical research site
- Is a unique, original innovation
- Can demonstrate how it improves operations at the site level
- Meets a currently unmet need at the site, emphasizing an improvement in how the site facilitates the patient or staff experience
