Material and Exhibit Shipping
A delivery form is required for all shipments to Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Please download the form via the button below and include with all packages.
All vehicles and couriers delivering materials should be directed to the Hotel loading dock, on George Parade (behind the hotel). GOODS MUST NOT BE LEFT ON THE LOADING DOCK; it is the responsibility of the courier/delivery person to ensure the goods are taken up to Level 8, Event Service Office on the day of delivery.
With deliveries, please address packages to the location specified on the Delivery Form (linked below). To assist with the smooth delivery of goods to your table, all deliveries must be clearly marked with the name and date of conference and labelled with the Grand Hyatt Melbourne Delivery Label (linked below).
- Deliveries/Collection without accompanying paperwork will not be accepted
- Deliveries will only be accepted between 7.00am – 3:00pm (Monday – Friday)
- Items should be delivered/collected no earlier/later than 1 business day prior/post to event
Post Event Collection of Goods – It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to pack, seal, and clearly label ALL items that are to be collected and/or couriered at the conclusion of the Event. Grand Hyatt Melbourne and SCRS will not be responsible for incorrectly labelled or unsealed/unboxed items. Exhibitors are responsible for arranging courier or collection of their items within 24 hours of the event’s conclusion.
