What Comes With Your Table

• 6′ white skirted table
• 2 chairs
• Exhibit spaces are 6′ tables, NOT FULL BOOTHS

Exhibit Table Rules & Restrictions

• Allowed – Two (2) retractable banner stands, each no wider than 36″.
• Restricted – No Backdrops wider than 6′.  If you are in a middle table, no double sided backdrops.  Backdrops wider than 6′ will need to be taken down.  Exhibit spaces are 6′ tabletops, not full booths.

Return Shipping

The hotel can arrange pickup for your items or ship your items after they have been packed and sealed, but all exhibitors will need to fill out the hotel’s return shipping form. It will be provided onsite to each exhibitor. You have 2 options:

1.) PRE-PAID LABEL  After packaging, sealing, and labeling the items yourselves, fill out the hotel’s return shipping form, leave the form and your boxes/items at your table and hotel will collect and hold them for pickup from FedEx or UPS. (check off “CLIENT TO PAY SHIPPING FEES DIRECTLY”)

2.). HOTEL PROVIDED LABEL  After packaging and sealing your items, fill out the hotel’s return shipping form and include your FedEx or UPS account number and the hotel will label and ship your items for you.
