Haleh is a distinguished clinical research leader with extensive expertise spanning scientific research, clinical trial operations, and strategic health system leadership. She holds a PhD from the School of Medicine in England, a Master of Research in Stem Cell Research, and a degree in Genetics, reflecting a strong academic foundation in translational and biomedical science.

Following her move to Australia, Haleh progressed her career in Sydney as a Research Scientist before transitioning into Clinical Trials. She now serves in a district-wide leadership capacity as Manager of the Clinical Research Support Unit for Western Sydney Local Health District, where she provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for Clinical Trials across one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing health districts.

She also leads the newly established Clinical Research Centre, a landmark initiative that reflects the District’s commitment to advancing healthcare innovation, research excellence, and expanding patient access to Clinical Trials.

Recognised for her vision, leadership, and commitment to research excellence, Haleh is passionate about building high-performing research ecosystems, strengthening industry collaboration, and delivering meaningful outcomes for patients and communities.
