Adam is an executive leader and adjunct faculty member with over 15 years of experience in clinical research, spanning roles in academia, sponsor organizations, CROs, sites, tech companies, and retail pharmacy. He currently serves as Head of Clinical Delivery Operations at Walgreens, where he leads the development and execution of clinical trials across a national network of pharmacy-based sites. In this role, he focuses on operationalizing trial delivery at nontraditional sites, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and access, and aligning trial operations with evolving business needs.

Adam has built and scaled early-stage clinical trial businesses, overseen decentralized and hybrid trial models, and led CRO, vendor, and investigator site management across a range of therapeutic areas. His work emphasizes quality, participant engagement, and operational excellence in clinical trial execution from Phase I through IV.

In addition to his industry leadership, Adam serves as adjunct faculty at The George Washington University in the Master’s in Regulatory Affairs & Clinical Research Leadership program. He also sits on the advisory boards of the HLTH Community and the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy, where he contributes to advancing site-level innovation and workforce development in clinical research.
