Adam Spencer is Executive Regional Director at Elligo Health Research, where he oversees an IRO site network that includes clinical research sites located throughout the United States. Over more than 20 years in clinical operations, he’s led budget management, revenue forecasting, and P&L oversight across CROs and site networks. Over his career, Adam’s work has spanned across phase I-IV clinical trials, including both healthy volunteer studies as well as trials across diverse therapeutic areas — including Cardio/Metabolic, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Neurology, Vaccines, and Diagnostics.
