I’ve always believed that clinical research should feel possible for the people who take part in it. Trials can be demanding, and my focus has been on making that journey easier for patients, their families and the sites who support them.
Today I lead global teams across reimbursement, travel, concierge and call centre support. Together, we help thousands of trial visits run smoothly each year, managing multi-million budgets while staying compliant in 40+ countries.
My experience spans patient engagement, site support, global operations and technology integration. I’ve worked with pharma sponsors, CRO colleagues and vendors to design solutions that improve retention, simplify processes and make participation in research more sustainable.
What matters most to me is finding the balance between people, operations and innovation. Whether it’s adopting new tech, refining a workflow or helping teams grow, I want the end result to be the same, patients and sites who feel supported and studies that can succeed because of it.
