Arjun Bhat is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clinrol, an AI-enabled clinical trial platform focused on improving how patients are identified, screened and engaged for research.
He brings over 15 years of global clinical operations experience across oncology, vaccines, regenerative medicine and medical devices. He has held senior CRO and sponsor roles with organisations including Cochlear, Parexel and Pfizer, as well as biotech innovators such as AkesoBio and BeiGene. Across his career, he has led and supported more than 20 Phase I to III studies across 12 countries, with end-to-end involvement from study start-up through to recruitment and delivery.
At Clinrol, Arjun drives product and strategy, focused on building AI-driven, patient-first workflows that identify eligible participants earlier, reduce site burden and improve enrolment outcomes across the full trial lifecycle.
