With a passion for identifying and mentoring talent and teams while creating complex strategies and processes to scale, Ashley has shepherded initiatives in oncology clinical operations, patient recruitment, clinical trials education and community outreach, study startup, and PI scientific engagement. For the last decade, she led the Strategic Partnerships group at Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI), supporting their multiple oncology business lines including Site Network/SMO, CRO, HEOR, and Data Insights until retiring from service there in 2023. She joined Boehringer-Ingelheim in early 2024 to the aid the team in the development of key site partnerships to support the growth of their novel oncology pipeline.
With over 20 years spent in the global clinical research industry cultivating relationships and connecting people and organizations to craft mutually beneficial partnering opportunities, Ashley is creative, consultative, and thrives in this landscape where collaboration, challenge, and change are constant. She resides in Nashville, TN with her 3 children where she is a multi-hyphenate artist and active leader/organizer in the rich and diverse arts and entertainment community.
