Bailey Jordan is the Senior Manager of Site Development at Worldwide Clinical Trials, where she works to strengthen partnerships between sponsors, CROs, and research sites through strategic site engagement and alliance development. Prior to joining Worldwide, Bailey served as both a clinical research coordinator and a site leader, giving her firsthand insight into the realities of study execution at the site level. Her experience spans feasibility, study start-up, patient recruitment, investigator engagement, and clinical trial operations across multiple therapeutic areas and all phases of research.
Today, Bailey leverages that experience to advocate for site-focused solutions and collaborative strategies that support successful trial delivery while ensuring site perspectives remain central to the clinical research process.
