Over the past 20+ years with CNS Healthcare, I’ve worked to develop an understanding of clinical trial site operations through progressive leadership roles, including CRC, Site Administrator, Director of Marketing, Clinical Development Liaison, and Director of Contracts & Trial Management. Each step has given me a deeper appreciation for what it takes to run a successful clinical research site and, more importantly, provide great care for the patients at the center of that work.
As Vice President of Contracts & Trial Management, I oversee contract negotiations across our sites and partner closely with Finance, Business Development, Marketing, and our clinical teams to ensure we can grow sustainably while delivering high-quality data. Working across these functions has given me a firsthand understanding of both the operational challenges and the incredible dedication within site teams.
Roughly 16 years ago, the team at CNS Healthcare began to realize that the technology available to support our work wasn’t meeting our needs, so we began to build our own solution. What started as an internal effort to solve our day-to-day challenges evolved into a comprehensive platform – SiteCentric.
Today, I’m proud to help bring SiteCentric to other research organizations. Our goal is to make site operations more connected, efficient, and sustainable so teams can focus on what matters most: serving patients and advancing research. I’m energized by the opportunity to learn from other people in the industry and to share what we’ve built with sites looking for a more integrated way forward.
