Cheryl-Ann Hawkins is the Chief Executive Officer of Veritus Research and has had over 30 years in the health care industry, specifically, the last 20 years in clinical trials. Cheryl-Ann was appointed CEO of Veritus Research in October 2023 after being promoted from the COO role at sister company, Emeritus Research. Prior to her appointment at Emeritus Research, Cheryl-Ann was the CEO of MASC Trials at Monash University, Oncology Clinical Trials Manager at Alfred Health and Operations Manager of the First in Human Oncology department at Monash Health.
Cheryl-Ann taught GCP at Monash University and currently is a guest lecturer in finance at Melbourne University for Master’s students studying Research.
Cheryl-Ann is passionate about pioneering operational advancements in clinical trials, through innovation and streamlining of clinical trial processes. Cheryl-Ann is solutions oriented and thrives in the challenging clinical trial environment to ensure success for each and every clinical trial.
Cheryl-Ann is a Registered Nurse with the completion of Bachelor of Nursing, post graduate studies in Oncology/Palliative care and Cancer Research and has a master’s degree in health administration/business management.
