Chloe holds a PhD in Bioengineering and a BSc in Pharmacology from the University of Southampton. Her career in clinical research began as a European Clinical Trial Manager at a Global Pharmaceutical company later moving into Global Trial Management (IQVIA FSP to Novartis) where she was later chosen to spearhead the newly created department in Strategy and Operations. In this position she played a crucial part in the creation and integration of new business acquisitions and the implementation of strategic initiatives to boost operational efficiency within the Global pharmaceutical company. Chloe joined Pratia in 2021 as Global Portfolio Lead and within 1.5 years was promoted to Executive Director of Portfolio Management in 2023. In her current position, she is responsible for the leadership of the Portfolio Management Department overseeing Global Feasibility & Proposals, Budget & Contract Negotiations, Early Phase Portfolio as well as Global Client Relationship Management.
