I am the Director of Site Strategy & Engagement at Scout, where I lead global initiatives to enhance clinical trial delivery through effective site collaboration and strategic project execution. With nearly a decade of experience in clinical operations, project management, and laboratory management, I have had the opportunity to drive operational excellence and deliver successful outcomes across multiple phases of clinical research.
Before taking on my current role, I served as Director of Project Management at Scout, overseeing a portfolio of complex, multi-regional studies and leading cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery. Earlier in my career at Genuity Science and ICON plc, I managed clinical programs from start-up through close-out and developed a deep understanding of site engagement, process optimization, and stakeholder communication.
My career began in flow cytometry and laboratory operations, which provided a strong scientific foundation that continues to shape my leadership approach. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Maynooth University and am passionate about improving the clinical trial experience for both sites and patients through strategic innovation and collaboration.
