Dr. Weinstein graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983. She received her medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine in 1987. She completed her internship and residency training at The University of Virginia Medical Center. In 1990, she became a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine. She practiced internal medicine in Palm Beach County for 16 years and was recognized as one of the country’s top Internists by Town and Country magazine in 2000.
Dr. Weinstein’s involvement in clinical research began in 2002 when she became involved as both a
sub-investigator and principal investigator with Visions Clinical Research. In 2007, she founded her own clinical research company, ZASA Clinical Research. ZASA had great success in all aspects of Internal founded and became the managing member of Orthopedic Research Institute, a company specializing in rheumatologic, orthopedic, podiatric and pain management studies. In 2011, she became one of the founding members of Atlantic Clinical Research Collaborative (ACRC). ACRC operated as a multi-disciplinary research company with broad capabilities. As Chief Medical Officer
with ACRC, Dr Weinstein served as an investigator on over 200 clinical trials. During this time she became a Certified Principal Investigator with the Academy of Pharmaceutical Physicians and Investigators and maintained official recognition with the National Institute of Health for Good Clinical Practice.
Dr Weinstein then brought her vast experience to Science37 in 2017. She has become an expert in running Decentralized Clinical Studies. Devoting 100% of her time to research and maintaining active licensure in 46 states, she is able to oversee trials in broad therapeutic and geographic areas.
