Dominique Smith began her career in clinical research at the University of Birmingham Clinical Trials Unit, where she worked in trial management and gained broad experience in the coordination and delivery of clinical studies. She then moved into site-level research, supporting Alzheimer’s disease studies as a Site and Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day research activities and site operations.
For the past three years, Dominique has been part of Pratia’s Site Solutions team, where she has worked closely with sponsors and CROs to support clinical trial delivery across multiple therapeutic areas. Her experience includes building strategic partnerships, leading contract negotiations, and developing solutions that strengthen collaboration between sites, sponsors, and CROs while helping to accelerate study execution.
