Ellie has spent the past 20 years dedicated to advancing clinical research through operational excellence, mentorship, and patient-centered leadership. As a manager at Sanford Health, she leads a team of Clinical Research Coordinators while fostering innovative, compassionate, and sustainable research environments. She is also adjunct faculty with the University of South Dakota Clinical Research Coordinator Certificate Program and is passionate about developing the next generation of research professionals.
