Emery Noles is a seasoned clinical research professional with over 25 years of experience across academic, hospital, and private-sector research settings. As Vice President of Networking at ENCORE Research Group, she leads strategic initiatives involving physician engagement and partnerships, community relationships, and site expansion while fostering academic partnerships and overseeing internship programs.

Her career began with the University of Florida’s Women’s Health Initiative and has included roles ranging from Clinical Research Associate at PPD to Quality Assurance at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville. In addition to her current position, her career with ENCORE has provided her with experience in many site-specific roles, including Regulatory Associate, Research Coordinator, and Site Manager. Emery has contributed to dozens of clinical trials, including high-impact studies in cardiology, orthopedics, and infectious diseases, notably several pivotal COVID-19 vaccine trials.

In addition to her leadership at ENCORE, Emery serves as an adjunct instructor in clinical research at Florida State College in Jacksonville and chairs its business industry leadership team, supporting workforce-aligned curriculum and student development.

She holds a Master of Science in Health from the University of North Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Science from East Carolina University. Emery is certified as a Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) by the Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA).
