Greg Manning serves as Vice President of Study Execution at Alliance Clinical Network, following the merger of Atlas Clinical Research and Alliance Clinical Network. In this role, he leads enterprise study execution strategy across a growing network of clinical research sites, overseeing centralized project management, regulatory start-up, contracts and budgets, source documentation, and cross-functional operational delivery.
With more than 18 years of experience in clinical research site operations, Greg has worked across nearly every functional area of clinical trials, including regulatory affairs, patient recruitment, financial operations, quality assurance, source documentation, and clinical workflows. This broad operational background provides him with a comprehensive perspective on designing scalable systems that improve efficiency, quality, and study performance across multi-site research organizations.
Greg focuses on developing standardized operational frameworks, integrating technology into site workflows, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver predictable, high-quality study execution for sponsors, CROs, investigators, and research participants. He is passionate about building operational infrastructure that enables research sites to execute studies more efficiently, support investigators more effectively, and accelerate the delivery of new therapies to patients.
Greg holds a Master of Sciences, Outcomes, and Policy, and a Graduate Certificate in Pharmaceutical Regulation, with a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and Management. He is also a Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP).
