As an inclusion advocate, I am committed to being on the frontline in the fight for health equity. I currently work as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations, Diversity Program Lead at Merck. Formerly, I served on the Patient Inclusion and Health Equity team at Genentech’s Chief Diversity Office and then as a Clinical Trial Leader in Genentech’s Clinical Operations Group. In all of my positions, I champion patient voices to create medicine and molecules that serve to benefit all.
