Iwona Tongbhoyai is Chief Growth Officer at FutureMeds, a leading pan-European network of 29 Dedicated Research Sites across six countries, supported by decentralized clinical trial capabilities throughout Europe.
She leads FutureMeds’ growth strategy, with responsibility for the geographical expansion of the network, expansion into new therapeutic areas, and the development of innovative service lines that enhance patient access and study delivery. These include virtual Principal Investigator site models, cross-border enrollment, decentralized and home-based trial solutions, and large-scale pre-screening programs designed to connect patients from underserved and previously untapped regions with clinical trial opportunities.
Iwona oversees key global functions that enable FutureMeds’ growth initiatives, including Feasibility & Proposals, Quality Management, and Decentralized Clinical Trial Operations. Her focus is on developing scalable, compliant, and integrated delivery models that strengthen operational readiness and deliver better outcomes for clients, investigators and patients.
With more than 18 years of experience in clinical research and site management, Iwona has worked closely with pharmaceutical companies, CROs, investigators, healthcare providers, and patient organizations to develop patient-centric solutions that improve operational efficiency, and access to clinical research. She also brings more than seven years of business consulting experience, specializing in strategic transformation, process optimization, and project management.
