Jennifer Matson Hunter joined Mary Crowley Cancer Research in 2013 and is currently the Director of Research Operations. In this role, she oversees study development, contract, budget, regulatory affairs, trial portfolio and management, quality assurance, medical records, communications, and data management. Jennifer is passionate about people, from the individual patient needing hope through a clinical trial to the entire team at Mary Crowley that ensures the clinical trial is available as a treatment option.
Her clinical research associate experience at a boutique contract research organization provided insight into sponsor needs, mutually beneficial strategies to foster the site-sponsor partnership, and innovative solutions to operationalize clinical research impactfully. The operational team collaborates with industry partners to ensure the most groundbreaking clinical trials are available to the Dallas-Fort Worth community.
Jennifer is dedicated to driving dynamic transformation within research, serving as a board member on the Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) Oncology Program Board to advocate for sites and advance the oncology research community. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M Commerce and is a certified clinical research professional. Jennifer enjoys adventures with her family, including arts & crafts, nature treks, and exploring new places.
