Joana Baptista is the MSD Regional Operations Support Lead (ROSL) for EMEA, supporting the region in key areas to ensure clinical trials are conducted as per plan, with high quality standards (Headcount management, metrics, indicators, and partnership overview)
Since 2024 Joana is being acting as the EMEA Regional Research Director Chief of Staff. Before being a ROSL, Joana worked if different country and regional roles like Clinical Research Associate, Clinical Operations Manager and Regional Clinical Project Manager.
Joana has a degree in Biotechnology Engineering and a Post Graduation in Clinical Trials. She lives in Cascais, Portugal with her husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs!
