CEO and founder of Celerity Clinical Research, an Integrated Research Organization (IRO) with operations in Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, and Spain. He is also General Manager of the Precision Oncology Center (COP) in Santiago and Academic Vice-Rector of Universidad Mayor. A Medical Technologist (Universidad Andrés Bello) with a Doctorate and Master’s in Biological Sciences (Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile) and an MBA in Strategic Health Management, he has extensive experience in clinical research operations, Latin American regulatory environments, and the development of site networks across the region.
