Josie Harris is the Country Head for New Zealand at PPD, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she leads one of the country’s largest CRO teams. She is a strong advocate for expanding local capabilities and strengthening New Zealand’s position as a competitive destination for global clinical trials.
With leadership experience across large and mid-sized pharma, as well as global and regional CROs, Josie brings international expertise spanning the UK, Europe, North America, and the broader APAC region. She combines a global perspective with a strong focus on regional delivery, growth, and execution.
She is passionate about bringing more trials to New Zealand, strengthening site relationships, and ensuring the country continues to punch above its weight on the global stage.
