As Head of LATAM at Syneos Health, she leads regional and global strategies focused on quality, collaboration, operational excellence, and patient-centered progress.
She served as President of CAOIC, the Argentina CRO Chamber (CAOIC), from 2019 to 2023, and continues to contribute as 2026 Quality Committee Leader.
Karina was recognized as part of the Syneos Health Rising Star Class of 2019 and is the founder of the HBA Buenos Aires Branch, reflecting her commitment to inclusive leadership, talent development, and advancing the healthcare and life sciences community.
