Kimberlee Del Campo, APRN, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, Clinical Director, and Co-Owner of Optimal Research Sites, a multi-specialty clinical research network based in Central Florida. With extensive experience in metabolic disease, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular risk reduction, and primary care, she has dedicated her career to advancing patient access to innovative therapies through clinical research.
Kimberlee has been involved in the successful execution of numerous Phase I-IV clinical trials and has played a pivotal role in building one of Florida’s highest-enrolling independent research sites. Under her leadership, Optimal Research Sites has established strong partnerships with leading pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs while maintaining a commitment to quality, diversity, and patient-centered research.
In addition to her research leadership, Kimberlee is the founder of Fluid Health, a direct primary care and metabolic health practice specializing in obesity medicine and individualized weight management strategies. Her unique perspective bridges the gap between real-world clinical care and clinical research, allowing her to provide valuable insights into patient recruitment, retention, adherence, and long-term metabolic outcomes.
