Throughout her career, Lucia has worked in various capacities, including site management, regulatory affairs, and study coordination. Her consulting experience has helped organizations optimize clinical research operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in complex research environments.
Currently, Lucia serves as the Director of Research at Evolve Clinical Research, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of five clinical research sites in Arizona.
