I am currently a primary care clinician and research investigator in Cambridgeshire. I was a Consultant in Anaesthesia and Intensive Care until April 2025. I have been involved in both secondary and primary care research in the UK for the last 20 years.
My current role includes being the Clinical Director for one of the new primary care commercial research delivery centres in the UK. This role involves the assessment of feasibility and delivery of proposed studies within our delivery network and a primary point of contact for the CRA and sponsors in the set-up and execution of these studies.
I believe there is large growth capacity within the primary care network within the UK for commercial research and believe part of my role is to advocate for that with the sponsors and CRAs.
Outside of work I am a keen sailor, cyclist and rugby fan.
