With 28 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, and regulatory compliance, Melba provides executive leadership over IRG’s Site Network and high execution for sponsors, CROs, and physician partners.
IRG was established to remove the operational complexity of clinical research from physicians by providing the infrastructure. Today, IRG specializes in Neurology, Pain Management, Weight Management, Family Practice, Radiology, Infectious Disease, Vaccine Studies, Urgent Care, and Biospecimen Collection.
IRG serves as a Clinical Trial Rescue Center for sponsors, CROs, and physician practices. Through strategic partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and customized SMO solutions, IRG provides Principal Investigators and medical practices with the operational infrastructure and experienced research teams needed to build sustainability,
IRG delivers standardized operational systems, experienced research personnel, and scalable infrastructure that improve study performance, strengthen compliance, and create lasting value for sponsors, CROs, investigators, and healthcare organizations.
Melba also serves as the Executive Chair of Infinite Research Academy, LLC, headquartered in Duncanville, Texas, where she provides strategic leadership for workforce development and professional education, helping prepare the next generation of clinical research professionals.
