Michelle Jones is a healthcare and life sciences executive with more than 30 years of global leadership experience spanning clinical research, medical technology, commercial and portfolio strategy operations, and business development. She has a proven track record of translating market opportunities into growth strategies, building high-performing teams, and leading operational transformation across complex global and high-growth organizations.
As Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations/Business Development for Arizona Clinical Trials and Arizona Liver Health, Michelle leads the commercial operations strategy and business development, including clinical trial pipeline development across a 10+ site research network and six therapeutic areas, marketing, patient recruitment strategy, analytics and CRM, and financial planning. Her leadership has helped expand the organization’s Phase 1–4 research clinical trial experience and strengthen strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical sponsors and CROs.
Previously, Michelle held senior U.S. and global commercial and strategic leadership roles with Medtronic/Covidien, Perspectum, and AngioDynamics, supporting businesses ranging from $1.2B to $8.5B in scale. She is recognized for connecting strategy with execution and building the teams, partnerships, and infrastructure needed to drive sustainable growth.
