I am an accomplished Clinical Operations leader with 18 years of experience within global Clinical Research Organisations (CRO), combining deep operational expertise with strong people leadership and delivery excellence. I hold a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Melbourne, providing a strong scientific foundation that has supported a successful and progressive career across clinical research, project management, and functional leadership.
My clinical research career began as a Clinical Trial Assistant before progressing to a Clinical Research Associate, a role I held for nine years across diverse therapeutic areas and study phases. During this time, I developed extensive expertise in site management, study execution, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management. Building on this operational foundation, I transitioned to Clinical Lead roles, where I further strengthened my capabilities in clinical trial planning and delivery, cross-functional leadership, budget and timeline management, and sponsor relationship management.
For the past two years, I have served in a Clinical Operations leadership role within a global CRO, where I provide functional leadership across study delivery and people management. My responsibilities include mentoring and developing staff, driving operation excellence, supporting talent development, managing escalations and partnering with senior leaders and sponsor to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
With a proven track record in clinical operations, functional management, and study delivery, I bring a balanced combination of scientific expertise, operational leadership and people development capabilities that drive quality, performance and successful outcomes in complex research environments.
