Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development

Civia Health

I am a strategic partnerships and business development leader focused on improving how clinical research reaches and supports patients.

I currently serve as Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development at Civia Health. I was drawn to Civia because of its clear focus on both the patient experience and how research is delivered. The organization is building a clinical research network for high prevalence chronic conditions through community based sites and the Thrive registry. This approach helps connect people to research in a way that feels more accessible, consistent, and relevant.

Before joining Civia, I held a leadership role at Tribe Clinical Research, where I helped scale the business from its early stages. I led strategic partnerships with sponsors and CROs, built pipeline and CRM systems, and supported growth through more structured forecasting and account planning. My work focused on turning strategy into clear, measurable results.

I started my career in clinical operations, managing trials at the site level. That experience gave me a strong understanding of how research works in practice and continues to shape how I approach partnerships, feasibility, and execution today.

Throughout my career, I have led cross functional work across business development, operations, and stakeholder engagement. I focus on building strong partnerships and systems that support growth while maintaining quality, compliance, and a strong patient focus.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina, which supports my commitment to ethical, patient centered research.

I am motivated by the changes happening in clinical research and enjoy connecting with others who are working to make it more accessible, practical, and patient focused.

I’m always learning and truly value opportunities to grow alongside and connect with others who care about thoughtful, purpose-driven work.
