Neha Shah Londoño is a passionate, strategic-minded professional with 25 years industry experience. She has end to end knowledge of the drug development process starting her career as a study coordinator and progressing through roles of growing responsibility in clinical operations within the CRO sector. Neha has spent the last 13 years on the sponsor side of the business, growing her skill set in global R&D strategy and innovation at Boehringer-Ingelheim, Sanofi, Seagen, and is now at Pfizer. In her current role, Neha leads efforts across the enterprise to improve the diversity of clinical trial participants, ensuring appropriate engagement of patients, communities, and advocacy groups to build trust, gain insights, and increase trial awareness for Pfizer clinical trials.
