With more than 18 years of healthcare experience, including over 10 years in clinical research, she is recognized for building high-performing research operations and strong partnerships with sponsors, CROs, healthcare providers, and industry stakeholders.

Nicole has overseen complex clinical research programs across numerous therapeutic areas, including vaccines, respiratory diseases, sleep medicine, dermatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, oncology, cardiology, and neurology. Her expertise includes feasibility strategy, operational excellence, patient recruitment, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership. Through this work, she helps accelerate study start-up while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Passionate about innovation and organizational growth, Nicole has developed standardized operating procedures, business development frameworks, recruitment strategies, and performance metrics that strengthen scalability and sponsor relationships. She also evaluates emerging technologies and artificial intelligence solutions designed to improve clinical trial execution and site performance.
