Pablo García Moreno is Chief Operating Officer of Celerity Clinical Research Group, an Ibero-American clinical research site network headquartered in Santiago, Chile. Celerity currently brings together more than 40 research sites across Chile, Peru, Mexico, Ecuador, Colombia, El Salvador and Spain, running a portfolio of oncology and specialty trials for leading global sponsors.
As COO, he leads network operations, quality, regulatory affairs and data governance across the group, and has been central to scaling Celerity from its base in Chile into an Ibero-American network built on standardized processes, shared performance metrics and in-house operational platforms designed to deliver consistent execution across sites.
His career spans the three sides of clinical research: sponsor, CRO and site. He held regulatory management responsibilities at Sanofi Chile and has led clinical monitoring, regulatory and quality operations on the CRO side for studies conducted in Chile and Mexico. That combined perspective shapes how he approaches site growth, sponsor relationships and the operating models available to research organizations in Latin America.
He holds a degree in Pharmacy from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a master’s degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and brings over 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and clinical research industry.
