Pam Ramali is the CEO of Clinibase, an Australian health tech company transforming how clinical trials are recruited, tracked, and delivered through technology-led operations and participant-first engagement.
Pam brings a unique blend of strategic, commercial, and technical expertise to the table. She began her career at Luminary, now one of Australia’s most prominent digital agencies. She then moved into management consulting with McKinsey & Company in the U.S., where she advised C-level leaders in healthcare, public sector, and technology on transformation, product strategy, and organizational design.
At Abbott, Pam led the launch of FreeStyle Libre in Australia – a breakthrough glucose monitoring technology for people living with diabetes, now the most successful medical device launch globally. She built the industry-first direct-to-patient (DTP) channel, exceeding revenue targets within months.
Prior to joining Clinibase, Pam served as General Manager at NBN Co., where she was responsible for >$1B in revenue and led nation-shaping initiatives including pricing reform and the COVID-19 connectivity relief package.
Now at Clinibase, she draws on her multidisciplinary background to build scalable, participant-centric trial solutions, proven over 2,500+ enrolled participants over the past 12 months alone, and in over 50 sites in Australia and New Zealand.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, Evanston, IL.
