Patricia Peters is currently assigned to the Operational Excellence Lead for MSD ANZ, partnering with GCTO ANZ leadership to strengthen Clinical Site Partnerships, onboarding and engagement, resource management, and performance analytics. She is accountable for aligning resources across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring portfolio assignments are efficient and effective to maximise productivity and quality. Patricia facilitates connections with key stakeholders and, where appropriate, analyses performance data to inform decision making that advances MSD’s goals and objectives.
Patricia entered clinical research in 2009 as a Clinical Research Associate with Schering Plough. Following the merger with MSD, she progressed through roles including CRA, Senior CRA, and CRA Manager. Before joining Schering Plough, Patricia practiced as a Registered Nurse in both public and private healthcare settings and spent several years as a Study Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Nursing) from the University of Sydney.
