With over 15 years of experience in clinical research, I am a Project Manager at Syneos Health, a leading biopharmaceutical solutions organization. I manage clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements. I also oversee the clinical monitoring activities, providing guidance and support to various functions across all regions. Over the years I have accumulated skills and experience in clinical monitoring, risk management, stakeholder management, and quality assurance, as well as skills in data management, reporting, and analysis. Having worked as a Regional Clinical Trial Manager for DOCS, managing Amgen projects in the APAC region, and as a Senior Clinical Research Associate for PAREXEL – I have had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.
