Rachel brings nearly 30 years of clinical research experience to the panel. She has held a wide range of roles across the industry including Study Coordinator, Clinical Research Associate, Project Manager, Clinical Team Leader, and Executive Leader in both academic and contract research organization (CRO) settings. Leadership roles began at MD Anderson Cancer Center and has held several leadership roles in different CROs throughout her extensive career.
Currently serving as Senior Director of Site Patient Access at Syneos Health, Rachel leads a global team dedicated to optimizing partnerships with preferred site providers and networks. Her prior roles include senior leadership positions in clinical operations, where she managed global and regional teams through all study phases—from start-up to database lock—and supported business development through proposal, budget, and bid defense activities.
Rachel’s therapeutic expertise spans all clinical phases and includes acute pain, oncology, ophthalmology, infectious diseases, cardiovascular and metabolic diseases, autoimmune disorders, and vaccines. She has deep experience with electronic data capture, site relationship management, and executive-level performance oversight.
