Rachel has worked across various areas of the clinical research industry including in a site network, a CRO, and currently at a sponsor company, as the Director of Site Planning & Optimization for Boehringer Ingelheim. In her current role, she is part of the Clinical Development and Operations Leadership team, leading a group focused on conducting US country and site feasibility & maintaining oversight of Boehringer strategic alliance relationships. Holding these various roles has granted her the opportunity to see & appreciate various perspectives within clinical research. It is the exposure to these various perspectives & experiences that drives her ambition to want to continuously improve & innovate the clinical research industry for the benefit all involved and most importantly for our patients.
