She currently serves as Manager of Health and Medical Research at the Australian Commission for Safety and Quality in Health Care, where she leads the national implementation of the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework, shaping policy, strengthening system integration and advancing quality and safety outcomes.
Radhika brings deep expertise in establishing and scaling clinical trial programs, building high-performing teams and aligning research delivery with health system priorities across public and private sectors. A recognised industry leader, she actively contributes to national and international initiatives through local and global research networks.
