Sara is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years’ experience across clinical care, health policy and clinical research. She has worked in clinical trials for more than 20 years and has supported studies across Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and South-East Asia.
Sara also brings lived experience as a clinical trial participant, offering valuable insight into the participant journey and the importance of patient and site centric trial design. She currently serves as Country Liaison at Boehringer Ingelheim, supporting feasibility, advocating for clinical trial participation in Australia and New Zealand, site engagement and stakeholder collaboration across the clinical research ecosystem.
