Siobhán Marie Gallagher, MS is a seasoned clinical research professional with over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She is currently the Director, US Country Lead for Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials at Sanofi, where she drives strategic initiatives to ensure clinical trial populations reflect the diversity of disease epidemiology in the U.S.
With a strong background in clinical trial operations, project management, and regulatory affairs, Siobhán has led global teams across all phases of drug development. Prior to her current role, she held leadership positions at Sanofi, PRA Health Sciences, and Clinimetrics, overseeing clinical trial execution, patient recruitment strategies, and cross-functional team management. She also has experience in site management, having directed research programs in both hospital and private practice settings.
Siobhán holds a Master of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Psychology. Her expertise in clinical research, combined with her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, makes her a key advocate for driving systemic change in clinical trial representation.
