Suvi Gross is a co-founder and CEO of MBR, where she has led site operations and clinical research strategy since the company’s founding. She has dedicated her career to advancing clinical research and improving outcomes for the people it serves.
As CEO, she leads a growing network of clinical research sites committed to delivering high-quality Phase 1–4 trials across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Under her leadership, MBR has built centralized operations infrastructure that gives Sponsors and CROs a single point of contact across sites, from contracting and startup through regulatory and participant recruitment. This drives a leaner, faster, more consistent trial experience.
Suvi’s commitment to inclusive research runs through everything MBR does. She believes research should reflect the full range of people the medicines are meant to serve, and she has built MBR’s enrollment strategy, site culture, and community relationships around that principle.
Her path to clinical research leadership started at the bedside. Before co-founding MBR, she worked as an EMT, an operating room assistant, and a research coordinator at UNC-Chapel Hill, including field research on gastric disease in rural Honduras. Suvi spent several years in site operations and pharmaceutical consulting before launching MBR in 2014 and has nearly 20 years of industry experience. She holds a BA in Biology from Princeton University.
