Taryn is a clinical research executive and Chief Operating Officer of Tekton Research, where she leads operational strategy across a growing network of clinical trial sites. With a strong foundation in both operations and quality assurance, she has spent more than a decade scaling high-performing research organizations and driving excellence across multi-site networks.
Prior to becoming COO in 2025, Taryn served as Vice President of Clinical Operations, focusing on vaccines and infectious diseases, and as Director of Quality Assurance, where she built and implemented a comprehensive QA program across the organization. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Operations and Quality Assurance for a 45-site clinical trial network, where she personally led the launch of 16 research sites spanning multiple therapeutic areas, including neurology, dermatology, urology, plastic surgery, internal medicine, and pediatrics.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Taryn played a key leadership role in the execution of multiple vaccine trials that contributed to Emergency Use Authorizations from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
