Thobe is a senior leader in clinical trials workforce development, education strategy and research capability building. She held senior leadership roles with trial hub Alfred heath Victoria, leading program delivery and designing and implementing a multi-site clinical trials workforce and education strategy across metropolitan, regional, and rural health services. she has extensive experience aligning workforce development with national clinical trials priorities, strengthening site readiness and embedding governance frameworks consistent with ICH GCP and regulatory standards. her work has contributed to competency-based frameworks, scalable education programs, and structured professional development pathways. Thobe now works with the Australian Clinical Trials Education Centre (A-CTEC), advancing national approaches to clinical trails education, workforce capability, and training innovation. Her background includes senior clinical, leadership, and education roles across major Australian and UK oncology centres. She is an active contributor to national and international committees and working groups advancing clinical trials workforce development and education.
