Tonya L. Edison is Associate Vice President for Clinical Central Services & Innovation (CCSI) within Clinical Design, Delivery & Analytics at Eli Lilly and Company. Tonya graduated from Purdue University in 2000 and, throughout her 23-year career at Lilly, has held a multitude of leadership roles across Pharmacovigilance, Quality, and Clinical Development. In her most recent role, she has worked to make clinical research more accessible and participant-centered, leading the comprehensive transformation of clinical research supply logistics and delivery of novel approaches to community-based research. Her work in innovation, operational excellence, and organizational agility unlocks crucial access to clinical research.
