Tricia Reese is a senior leader in strategic partnerships and global clinical operations with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling high-impact collaborations that drive enterprise growth across specialty sales, clinical development, and global clinical operations within the pharmaceutical industry.
As Director of Clinical Site Partnerships at Gilead Sciences, Tricia was recruited nearly four years ago to establish and lead a new global function serving as the site-facing partnership organization for Gilead’s Oncology Clinical Operations team. In this role, she helped successfully design, build, and scale a global team of Associate Directors spanning NA, LATAM, EMEA and APAC, creating a high-performing network of investigative site partnerships.
Tricia developed the strategic vision, operating model, governance framework, and performance metrics that guide the function today, driving consistency, operational excellence, and actionable insights across the Oncology portfolio. She is passionate about fostering meaningful partnerships, advancing clinical research through site engagement, and collaborating directly with investigative sites to accelerate innovation and improve patient outcomes.
